So my biggest excuse for the past few months as to why I haven’t been working out or doing some sort of exercise is “I don’t have enough time”. With my schedule and with Cindy’s schedule, we don’t have that many minutes left in the day so I thought that was a pretty good excuse. After reading this book by Kevin Gianni….I’ve thrown all my excuses away!!
